  Looking at the quality of the heatsinks on this thing, I wouldn't put anything more than a 12600K or 12700 (non-K) on this.

  For some reason most reviewers like buildzoid are suggesting skipping ASrock for their z690 offerings.

      From memory, poor value for money. Seems Gigabyte and MSI offer the best options for connectivity, VRM stability/cooling and bang for buck.
