        Ya, I'm skeptical we'll get it tracked. My purchase in the morning yesterday tracked around the 4-5PM period like usual and then my evening purchase tracked closer to the midnight period. Today's two purchases did not track at all in the afternoon, similar to what happened on the 5th.

        When you buy in the SG app, did you go into the AliExpress app? I've found sometimes it redirects to the AliExpress app when browsing and you don't see the SG logo up the top anymore. I've made sure that doesn't happen and the dozens of Aliexpress purchases I've made have all tracked (without checking for affiliates/non-affiliates). They haven't been approved yet, but they've at least tracked

      Similar here, made a purchase on the 7th from Ali and it hasn't tracked yet.
      Thing is I'm waiting from a reply about a previous order from Remedy Drinks and they haven't messaged me back after a number of emails.
      If they don't sort that one out I'm definitely thinking twice about using the app.

          Yeah, something's amiss.
          The other thing I'm seeing is that opening Ali in the SG app looks different in the last few days. Like it's directing to the web page version instead of the mobile page. I think that might have something to do with it.

          I deleted and reinstalled the app, but it didn't fix it.

      Made 4 purchases on the 9th (today), all just tracked. I'm guessing the 2 purchases made on the 8th (yesterday) that I mentioned are not going to track at this point.

          I've had 38/40 track. The two that didn't were on the 5th of Jan, 7 hours apart. Ebay. I know I did everything right. It's annoying, but even if I don't get those, I'm still at > 100% cashback across every purchase if most of them work out okay. Even though I mostly spend on ebay. Hard to complain about that.

          Currently in a routine of spend < 50USD, wait a few days for the spend 30 get 100 offer again, rinse and repeat.

          I feel like I saw someone say that remedy doesn't track if you use PayPal, can't remember if they got it resolved.

              I've been back and forth with both of RD and SG, I don't think we're going to get anywhere unfortunately.

              Remedy had confirmed that all their products are Qualifying Purchases
              And the only responses I'm getting back from SG are to make sure you follow the right steps so that it will track, which I'm positive we have.

              My last attempt was to ask if RD can manually send my order transaction details to SG so that it might trigger in a way, but I think they can't be bother any more. Sad face.

          1st purchase 7th Jan on Aliexpress didn't track (affiliate product).
          2nd purchase 8th Jan on eBay tracked OK.
          3rd purchase 12th Jan on eBay didn't track.

          All done on the same phone, all within the SG app, same process.

          Not good odds here.

      They tried to tell me that about my ebay orders on 05/01. I'm up to 42/44 orders tracked, with only those 2 not tracking. I know with absolute certainty that it's not on my end. I've sent back a response saying that.

      I'm disappointed, but at the end of the day the cashback is insane anyway, especially with the spend $30 get $100s and even though one of those didn't work because of the orders on the 5th, I'm getting > 100% cashback across all of my spending with all of the bonuses and things.

      I even paid using cc within ebay (afraid if using paypal meaning it will go out from the app temporarily and may invalidate) .

      It was Just very simple easy 1 purchase to test….

      Feels like a gambling, whether your purchase is getting tracked or not..
      Does contacting their telegram could fix this issue?

        my theory:

        unlike SB/CR where there is "click activity", we can easily lodge dispute and SB/CR can show it to ebay/ali that we indeed using them (and depending on the relationship/agreement they can push it with various reason to the partners to approve)
        but looks this SG doesnt have that, and they dont bother to go through their backlog record for us.
        thats the weak point.

    I signed up earlier this month. Overall a pretty poor tracking rate for AliExpress and lately eBay.

    I did however get an email from SocialGood last night (18th) a short while after buying something from eBay - not sure what SG regard as "a few days":

      I signed up last month. Got 4x $100 Bonus. 3x tracked, 1x just bought a few hours ago.

      All my 3x AliExpress tracked within hours. 3x eBay tracked within 12-24 hours.

      Except 1 ebay was a "Make an offer" purchase type that wasn't tracked.

      Purchases range from $5 to $150 each.

      My friend is using iOS who reported that the first 2 didn't track, but after turning off tracking in iOS settings (not sure what's this, I'm not an iPhone user), all his purchases are now tracked. He also mentioned, need to use the in-app browser, do not use the AliExpress or eBay apps.

      Yep I got some SG coins approved with my purchases from Oct last year early this Month.
      Successfully transferred them out from SG App to Bitmart (traded to USDT) and then transferred to Binance (use TRC20 as it only costs $1 transfer fee instead of $43 by using ERC20).

    Made a few orders last night with AliExpress, tracked in an hour when SG was worth 47c, but the market value is 57c.

    Seems like a large spread. Anyone else notice?

    Hit rate now 41/43.

    AliExpress didn't track on the 16th for one order and Remedy.

      The amount of SG earned is not based on spot price. It's based on 7 day moving average. So in a few days the amount given will come down. That's the best time to buy

        A couple of times I have missed out, so it may genuinely be random. The cost of the transactions to trigger the bonus don't seem to have a minimum spend, so I just find a couple of low value items on eBay and buy, it's not guaranteed to work, but worked 2 out of 3 times for me.

    Another thing with ali and SG. I dont think we need to worry about affiliates or not when shopping (not like SB or CR), because:
    1. I believe they built in the filter within SG app meaning you won't find items that are not eligible (ie not affiliate)
    2. Not like SB where we can shop from web and see the item id to check for affiliate or not, inside SG app there is no way we can tell if item is affiliate or not.

      The items that don't come up in the search are not eligible for cashback. Adding them to wishlist will not change that and you may even make them ineligible for cashback if they would come up in the search, if you add them to your wishlist.

          No, sorry, just if you search and find it, then add to wishlist, even if it's an eligible item, it may no longer be eligible because you can't have them in your wishlist.
