          Those rates were probably introductory rates TBH. I don't think they would be able to keep up such high cashback rates forever, even if it is for virtual currency. I'll be interested to see how the value of the SG coin goes with the decreased rates.

            @frogduck: Get to mass adoption but still think they need to hit 20 to 40% to make it worthwhile with some 50 to 100% promos every now and then.

            Also need more incentive to HODL.

            Problem is they attracting shoppers not Crypto investors.

        For ebay. For aliexpress it's 1-3 months after it's confirmed you've received the goods (sometimes automatically, or manually if not).

                    the auto or not is about "order received" in aliexpress not about SG approving/not. yes i know sometimes we need to click order received (ie manual), sometimes the app can see we have received the item (ie automatically)

      Yeah, big whoop hey? I don't know how they were financing the 50% (and 100% Aliexpress), but not surprised it didn't last. Just annoyed I didn't sign up earlier when I had a big period of ebaying. Still got a good few US$1000.
