  These guys are often considered the best for AWS training, so i tried doing the AWS course they offer. If you want courses that teach you what buttons to press but not why to press them, then these is the courses for you.

      To be fair to them, they do not promise more then "you will be able to pass the aws exam". I tried doing the one geared towards "Solutions Architect", and there was a lot of "if they ask X in the exam, then select Y".

      I was not really interesting in that style of "learning" as I am a developer looking to use some aws services, not pass a certification. It depends on what you want I guess.

  i liked their AWS cloud practitioner course and few other AWS related courses. also they provide sandbox area to play around which comes handy to practice things. not sure if it would be the case for free courses too but in general i found AWS cloud practitioner course on ACG far better than similar one offered at udemy. haven't tried other courses offered by them but overall i liked it.

    Tried the Udemy one by Stephane Maarek and really liked it actually. Best $15 I spent on a course. Passed the Developer Associate exam easily

      Nice. Congratulations. ye I feel udemy is more like a online learning platform with lots of trainers providing same course. so it really depends on the specific trainer/course we chose.

        Yea agree, it's on a trainer by trainer / course by course basis. There are some gems but lots of fluff at the same time. I have loads of courses there I haven't completed. I might try ACG during Jan and plan for my next cert to just compare the difference.
