            • @creesy: No luck progressing anywhere beyond that same error message here. Emailed them when I first responded to you, no response. Never, ever used the app or generated a code before.

              Using an S10e btw. And it's already not mine, I don't really have another option.

            • @creesy: Spoke to Samsung live chat, the agent said they've noticed debit cards seem to not be accepted. Try a credit card.
              Asurion needs to fix their crap and actually give support.

    • The $50 code should work I think the $100 and $200 codes were for Galaxy S phones only.

    i am having same issue

    • After a bit of back and forth asurion pretty much said the problem occurs if you have previously generated a code and not used it.

      Options are to email them and they can delete the entries on there side. Or if you don't plan to return the phone just ask someone else with a similar valued phone and generate a code on there's.

  • Has anyone had any experience with the store pickup option with Samsung?

    Is it as bad a people say? Some people reporting up to a two week wait for confirmation ie. While the store waits for stock

    • Stores don't have stock.. home or store is both delivered by startrack

          Same as highpoint. Called the store after placing the order but unfortunately they can't arrange for pickup until it comes up in there system or something.

          In reality if items are in stock at the store you should just be able to arrive at the store show them your order number and ID and walk out.

          Any click and collect at a store with limited product lines should work like this in my opinion. It's not like its bunnings with a million SKUs and a massive warehouse

      • If that is the case in store pickup shouldn't be an option IMHO because it's usually only an option people select when they can't/don't want to wait for shipping.

  • Loyalty voucher don't work for phones other than S21, S21+ and S21 Ultra.
