      • Sounds about right. Cost of living is 20-40% less than here. Salary 80-90% less than here.

    • If these are not the official ones isn't this non tga approved?

    • bought these from amazoon, 4 test kit

The Panbio tests are TGA approved. by German pharmacuticals "Abbott". The Panbio kits are rated "Very High Sensitivity" by the TGA. These kits are made in South Korea.

Do they offer anal swab RT-PCR for Covid-19, too? Asking for a friend…

Honest question, why does anyone give a flying sh!t about getting tested anymore? For the average under 60, it will not change the prescribed treatment plan of doing fk all and staying home until better.

Boogey man is out of the closet. Everyone that wants to is double vaxxed (myself included). This is ridiculous.

Many reasons… Work is one of it.

@GrazerAu It's almost standard in workplaces now to get tested before coming into the office (liability issue). How would you feel if you were asymptomatic and you gave it to a grandparent and they ended up in hospital or even dying. Just a couple of reasons people want to get tested.

      • I expect work to provide me with all of the safety equipment and tools needed to do my job safely. Safety glasses, ear plugs, safety boots and if needed, rat tests. Not sure why that burden is on us.

I can understand if you have an immune-compromised member you want to visit.

My parents are in the bracket, but triple vaxxed. No concern on their end as we are all expecting to catch it at some point.

  • It is an extra cost to us with inflation.

  • This is made in Germany. Anyone know how much this cost retail there and whether if we can have this OK to send by mail into Australia? Have few colleagues in Germany that i could ask to get some if the price workout to be cheaper that way.

    • It's cheaper all around the world.

You are able to import RATs for personal use (not for sale), however the big problem seems to be couriers that are willing to transport it since it contains liquid. You also do not know the temperature ranges/storage conditions during transport either.

    • @timhn They are actually made in Korea. I got a 4 pack from the hospital this morning. The company is Germany but they were made in Korea.

  • I just clicked the link and it seems like the stock is still available. I am able to add to the cart and proceed to the payment page. Note: I didn't click proceed with payment with credit card as I have enough for my family.

  • Seller displays “No refunds available”, which I think you’re not allowed to do

    • You're not allowed to say "No refunds (under any circumstances)" but a business is well within its rights to refuse refunds for change of mind etc.

The customer can always get a refund (or repair/replace) if the product is defective/damaged/faulty/unsafe.

      • I think “No refunds available” will be interpreted as “under any circumstances”. I think a better wording would be “…for change of mind” or “…in accordance with ACL”.

        • Well you're covered by ACL anyway regardless of what it says so where's the issue? Quite hard to have unsafe or faulty tests lol
