Yes they're a pain to deal with for after sales support

But for this price you can't really complain. I have the previous generation 29'' monitor from them and quite frankly love it. Mind you this would be the only Kogan branded product i'd ever recommend someone purchase

    29" ultrawide is about equivalent in height to a 24" non-ultrawide (16:9) monitor with extra width, and 34" ultrawide is about the same as a 27" non-ultrawide.
