              @9hundred: Technically no you can’t have healthy deep fried chicken, but this is definitely healthier than your standard deep fried filth. Outside of boiling/poaching chicken breast it’s a sliding scales of healthiness when adding any sort of oil to cooking.

                      @9hundred: How is this not healthier than the equivalent from McDonald’s or KFC?

                      The Grill’d nuggets have 8-9 more grams of protein compared to McDonald’s and KFC nuggets - because it’s better quality chicken. The KFC and McDonald’s nuggets both have far more sodium, 50% more saturated fats. The all have the same calorie content for 6 nuggets - so you’re getting far better nutrient dense food and less empty calories with the grill’d nuggets.

                      You saying NOT HEALTHY every comment doesn’t answer anyone.

                        @TightTerry: The 'healthy' marketing really works, sure they can put less salt and less fat, but that's what makes fried chicken good in the first place. Also fat content in a burger is what makes it juicy, so healthy+burger doesn't make any sense.

      They’re not bad - probably need some dipping sauce with them though. They certainly do taste closer to real chicken than most of the other nuggets I’ve had.

    These chichen bites are really nice, quality chicken, but omg are they overpriced. Really, really not worth it at their usual prices.
