Are these micro usb or usb-C?

  • These are great in everyway but durability. Bought 2, both died within the warranty period, got placements and those died a few months after warranty.

  • I had a pair of these or the model before, I was really excited to get my first Bose product. The rubber came off making them useless, I repeatedly contacted customer support and got a run around with no action. I believe others had good dealings with cust support, but I have never bought another Bose product since. For me, Bose blows. YMMV

    • Rubber came off mine too. Bose did t care as just outside 12 month warranty, Myer were better as not 'reasonably expected' life and gave me a new pair. Great sound but questionable build quality.

  • I have two pairs of these and a third pair of the very similar with a few extra features hearphone model which is only sold overseas. I basically only take them off to sleep or shower. I love them. I just ordered a pair as backups for when I eventually kill mine since they’re now hard to find.

They aren’t current range hence the good price - I assume clearing last stock. I don’t like over ear headphones and I have a coworker who’ll die if she doesn’t say some Karen shit at the top of her lungs every five seconds and I credit these with my ongoing employment.

I’ve had no issues with warranty or service. One pair I bought did have issues with very mild interference from some chargers I was working near. Returned to vendor for exchange and new pair was great.

  • 2022 still come out with cable earbuds + plastic wrapper on the neck for $250?

    No DEAL !!!
This product is clearly clearance product, from dinosaurs period

Beats fit pro coming this friday

  • remember using the wired version of this back in 2014 and 2015 (QC20i). But the left ear bud kept killing itself so JB just refunded the money instead.

To date, I have not found a better NC headphones. My QC 35 and Air Pods Pro is only about 60-70% as good in terms of NC. I was living in the boarding house then and i remember putting it on in the cinema room just to test it out and played music on light volume and it completely muted the sound and I am dead serious. But the downside is the pressure is extremely strong and can be uncomfortable if you're not used to it.

If they release a wireless one (like Airpods so no wires and that neck thing) I would totally buy one in a heartbeat.

    • Bro, the Quiet Comfort Earbuds came out more than a year ago.

      • wow didn't even notice… is it a direct replacement for the QC20? Because if it's a separate product under the "QC" moniker i don't think i'm keen.

        • I have a set. In a way they are a replacement. Its a bit bulkier because all the electronics are now in those buds instead of dangling around on the cord. The noise cancelling is a noticeable improvement too. But the down side is that when on the phone the mic picks up too much background noise especially in a noisy area so the other side is a bit harder to hear.

On the other hand my missus has a set of Sony wf 1000xm4s those are about the same price and their noise cancelling seem to be just as good. They have some smarter features too including better call experience. But i am more used to the more secure comfort tips Bose offers
