Same here. Amazon refunded straight to my CC and they didn't even have to (I asked them to pricematch themselves). Now that's good service.
I also received that same $7 delivery charge, and have emailed their webmaster to resolve.
Just an FYI for those who don't know, the Garden Snip isn't recommended to cut branches - name is a bit deceiving :P
Yes, last time i looked straight blades,,, need curved for pruning. Prob why they are so cheap.

I bought the garden snip along with the grass shears last time. The snip isn't up to pruning, it is more like a garden grade pair of scissors. Useful for cutting open a plastic packet, but not for cutting a branch etc.
I called their phone ordering system and ordered it by phone, they processed without the shipping charge.
I had ordered the Logitech iPad speaker dock and they refunded the shipping charge with that order.
Tried to order.. got the 2 for $8 but wanted to charge $7 delivery.
