$3 more for Fat Yak Pale Ale if that's your flavour.

Got excited and then realised it’s the code/deal from last August and had already been used: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/642506

The other code is still valid if you have it, spend $20 get $10 off PLNYDEAL. I do, I just don't want this beer.

Thanks. Yes admin updates the post to include the other code.

  • 345ml bottle, is that a new size?

    • +1

Same size as James Squire bottles. Seems to be one of the standard sizes companies use for beer. Another common one is 330ml.

      • 330ml is quite common for European beers.

Thanks OP. Love a good pacific ale! Codes didn’t work for me either (claimed last year) but eBay had a code saved for me which gave $7 or so off. I then did a quick search in my inbox for ‘eBay gift card’ and found an unused $10 (spend&earn promo) and $30 (eBay plus renewal) voucher which brought this down to 80c in total. Not bad!

  • ABV 4.2%, 1.1 std drinks per bottle

Any idea on the use by/best before date? I ordered a batch of these a year ago from CUB and they were basically expiring the week I got them. Had to bin them in the end as they were very weird sour tasting. (I normally quite like the Fat Yak range so it was definitely that batch/expiry)..

Nearly guaranteed this will be 6+ months since bottling.

It's a pretty crap flavourless beer so the average Joe wouldn't even notice.

Yep. It's not a nice drop at all.
