I remember these textas being the ultimate luxury item, stuff that poor kids didn't have. If you had the bigger packs you were royalty. Did they used to be really expensive? I can't imagine anyone not being able to pay $5 for loads of textas?
They're normally much more than this, yeah. Definitely more expensive than no-name generic brands.
I agree, kind of like how I look at Ferrero Rocher’s now. From us it was the ultimate treat, the kind that was kept in the pantry & took a special occasion to be brought out for. But, they don’t taste like they used too, for one they had a lot more nuts on the outside (at least to my memory)
