          People need constant immediate validation. I've always found my requests responded to in a timely manner (well timely with respect to how quickly I really need a reply on this kind of thing).

      Ok my experience is that they do reply, sometimes it does go for a long time without an update without proding, however i'll say this, i've found that if it didnt track (i think 2 or 3 never tracked for me, which sometimes is a big deal because then i wouldnt have purchsed from that retailer) … then putting in the request which does yield a quick response doesnt ever lead to the issue being rectified (at least in my cases)…yes i know how the site works, and yes i always open new page and purely use it just to make the transaction (i've had lots that track fine), in all the cases there is an entry in the cashrewards click history that correlates with an invoice that i upload… usual dialog is auto reply, then a follow up from a human, then nothing, then prod, then it's with the retailer to validate then rejected… so i kind of dont bother anymore and if i do i know it'll likely get rejected… even though its usually fairly clear cut when you use click history + invoice .. but i assume its up to retailer then, however if things are actually followed up by CR with that retailer, that bit i dont know and just leave to faith that they did try.

      P.S. There is no offense intetend here @TA or his team just my experience.

      I had separate discussions with tightarse (one of the CR reps) and gotyourback (one of the SB reps) and they both confirmed with BIG W that cashback will not be paid out on any transactions paid for in full or in part with any Woolworths Group gift cards (including WISH gift cards).

      However, if you redeem Everyday Rewards Dollars in a transaction, apparently BIG W will still pay cashback on the portion of the transaction not paid for with Everyday Rewards Dollars. Please note that SB confirmed this is the case (and not CR), so take that with a grain of salt until CR confirms whether or not this is correct.

    Isn't it meant to be 25% cashback ?? I got an email that says 25% cashback between 8-1pm for Giorgio Armani, IT Cosmetics and Big W. Giorgio Armani and IT Cosmetics are 25% but Big W only 15 % what gives ???

    Edit: Ohh never mind, there is a super small "upto" on it. That can't be a legal font size ! the rest is bold an huge, very misleading as the whole CB website is "upto" 25% off so why single out Big W as the only one not to be 25% off.

    Thanks TA. Is big W going pretty hard on this to get customers? They're coming up a lot lately but never used to.

    Sadly i don't find anything to buy from them but that's no biggie. Maybe one day I'll get some lego or a video game. I just think it's cool that a big chain store with a physical presence in Australia is doing this so heavily

      There is a catalogue, it’s just not on the BIG W website anymore (for some reason).

      The catalogue I linked to you was originally planned to finish on 26 Jan, but the catalogue expiry date was apparently changed to 09 Feb a few days ago. My guess is that BIG W originally planned on releasing a new catalogue that started yesterday, but they decided against in the end, due to lack of certainty over stock levels, staff, etc.

          Good point. I thought it was still valid, because the Dymo label printers (listed on page 7 of the catalogue) is still on sale for $23 on BIG W’s website and eBay store.

          I’ve clicked through on three random items and they’re showing up at full-price, so I guess there’s no current catalogue…

    Did anyone have a problem where you can't check out? It gets stuck at searching the delivery address or pickup location? This issue only occurs when I click into BigW via Cashrewards and it works fine if I go to BigW directly. The issue occurs even when I try different browsers and clearing the cache. Have tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

    Is Cashrewards able to hold the next BigW cash back at a later time? 8AM AEST is 5AM WA time. Most people here are still asleep hence we only get a few hours to take up the offer.

    It would be nice if this deal was for the afternoon so more people can take it up.

    24-48hrs notice would be nice. The extremely short notice on the deals is surely impacting the effectiveness of the deals. I would have been all over this but I check once a night. I bet an awful lot of people are the same or even less often.
