    Don't know if they help with snoring or not but these products are amazing if you have a blocked/runny nose and can't sleep.

      Totally agree, been using similar ones for last 3 nights because of a blocked right nostril. Using these makes me breathe so much better through my nose while results in no dry mouth

    These can work, just need to make sure they're installed properly.

    For me, the biggest thing was when I lost weight, completely stopped my snoring.

      This is the only true panacea. I tried the snore strips, they're OK, work intermittently. Losing 15kg after major surgery alleviated my snoring entirely.

      If you're really battling with snoring, sleep apnoea or breathing in general, I highly recommend you read 'Breath' by James Nestor.

    Please note if you only what 1 pack there is a $6 saving you don't have to buy more than 1 but the % saved does improve the more you buy up to 3 packs.
