PLEASE NOTE:

This mouse is prone to the "mousewheel of death" problem and in all honesty it will happen sooner or later. The fix is simple and takes about 10 mins and extends the life of the mouse for years once done.

  I've got the wired version. After about 12 months the mouse wheel click only registers 50% of the time. It's an ok mouse otherwise, great size. Probably wouldn't buy again, though.

  The fact that Corsair haven't fixed the scroll wheel issue suggests how cheap these are to manufacture. The size and shape are good, but within 12 months you'll probably be shipping it to Taiwan (at your own expense <$20) and they will ship a new one. Customer service is fine, though it must feel like Ground Hog day for service staff.

  I fixed the issue myself. There are 2 different fixes depending on which suits you better. You can 3D-print a new axel or modify the existing one with an allen key (<— I did this). Both completely negate the problem so it doesn't happen again.

  I've given up on Corsair mice. Even though I had two that used a micro usb cable to charge/connect, the port is so recessed or shaped weirdly around it that you can only use the cable that came with the mouse. Lost it? cable broke? Too bad. When I had a wheel death on one of them I just returned it for a refund, not gonna bother with them again.

  I am normally a fan of corsair but this mouse is not worth more than $30-40. It's got issues.

  Mine just flat out died within 2 weeks swapped over at JB to a Logitech . The software interface these companies produce man oh man talk about bloatware.

  Do not buy, I purchased it before WFH, the scroll wheel collapsed twice and Corsair just keeps sending me refurbished RMA replacements, AVOID!

  I have even escalated with their customer support but they just keep blaming it on the pandemic for no response,
  wants to charge you for replacement as well

  AVOID at all cost

    Again, this is the "mousewheel of death" problem that is easily fixed. Once you do the fix it will most probably never break again. This mouse is my second favourite mouse of all time once the mousewheel is fixed so it can't break. I only rate the old school Logitech G700 as "better".

      mate, I respectfully disagree, but I'm glad you managed to fix yours once and for all :)

      I throw money at the problem, I should not be fixing the solution to my problem some more :/

  Have had one for a year now, great for large hands, software and key mapping is a pain but doable, scroll wheel is fine so fair, mouse is very heavy compared to others, battery life is okay with lights off, sensor and gaming is it works well.

  I would buy again for this price. :)
