    FYI The tracking is an automated function for us to be able to use our shipping label machine. The samples will be sent via Australia Post letter service and unfortunately untracked.

    Our retail products however are all sent via e-parcel with tracking so if you like what you taste and join the BYS family in the future the tracking will be live!
