  Don’t believe the “within 7-14 days of your transaction” crap. I’m still fighting for my $50 back on $400 Airbnb spend with the transaction date of 31/12/21. I received the promotional email directly, met the spend criteria, waited till 19 days after the transaction to raise the issue of missing cashback, and after a frustrating email chain was eventually held at bay by them promising it’d actually be within 14 days of the promotional period ending (which was Jan 19). That 14 days has now passed - still no cashback. Between having to chase it up in the first place rather than it just happening, and being told it’d be within 14 days of the promotional period when the email clearly stated within 14 days of the transaction, their cashback offers are looking like a pile of bullshit - get people to spend, don’t pay out all the cashback, and hope a solid percentage of people don’t notice.

    Coincidentally I'm in the same situation, airbnb, min $400, met the criteria and being told it was 14 days after promo period ends, with no cashback in sight till now.

      By “till now” do you mean the cashback has arrived, or are you still waiting? Nothing here. I’ll ring today because the online/email support is useless. The $50 won’t even be worth the time I’ve had to put into chasing it up but I’m not prepared to give up now! Latitude cashback deals are currently looking from my side like a massive scam.

          @trancersg: FYI, I eventually was paid a “good will credit” of $50 after I sent the email as a PDF (they’d never previously specified how to send so I’d forwarded it with my support ticket number in the subject line and body) and also out in a complaint. Worth chasing again if you can be bothered for $50.

    Sorry to hear your experience, mine has been positive so far (but I've only made 2 qualifying transactions). One of them didn't track but customer service resolved it promptly when I contacted them.

    Nothing really of interest in this round of offers for me unfortunately :(

  although I find they are usually late sending out the emails (at least to me) - I always get these emails some time after the deal has started
