      Check out /r/smiledirectclub - a few horror stories (as you'd expect with dental stuff), majority positive. I'd recommend asking your dentist about if you'd be a good candidate for clear aligners/Invisalign the next time you get a clean. They can usually tell if there's anything that would stop you being a good candidate up-front.

      I just finished my impressions, I know someone going through the process right now, know a few people who've done similar (Invisalign etc) in the past. It's not uncommon, and definitely "works". But just be sure your expectations are realistic. Some people think this is replacing orthodontal surgery - it's not. It's cosmetic teeth aligners.

    Been doing it for over a year when they told me it'll be 3 months and I'm only half way at best. I don't recommend them at all. I lost half a tooth and have been sent the run around tell me to go back and redo molds. They refused to give me a refund and im currently going through fair trade. Go with invisalign!!!
