  You can copy your DLC from GOG to Steam (https://www.reddit.com/r/GameDeals/comments/sizyq9/gog_stell…), so if you purchase DLC from GOG, you can copy the files to Steam and use it.

  I own all of those expansions except for Nemesis which is currently $28.95. I'd buy this if I didn't have a couple of the others but I guess I'll just wait for a sale on Nemesis.
  This Paradox model of selling you on the expansion packs gets a bit annoying but I have played this a lot and got a lot of enjoyment from it. Next time I get a major DLC I'll probably do it all over again!

    I dont mind the DLC model as long as the content is genuinely an expansion and not just cosmetic skins that dont impact gameplay.
