A pretty cracking deal for a Theragun Massager
This time it's the Liv model, which comes with 2 attachments (whereas most other Theragun's come with 6). Other differences are:
* 1 speed (vs 2 for the other models)
* 45-minute battery life (other models are from 60 minutes +)
* Max force of 30lbs (vs up to 60lbs from others)
All in all, this is a decent price for their entry-level massage gun
My understanding is the cheap ones have a lower stroke distance and thus not as effective. Someone's discussed it on a previous cheapo gun deal.
And usually much lower stall pressure
Yeah we were given an el cheapo one as a gift and it doesn't take much for it to stall. Still useful but I dream of a more powerful gun. Something where the risk of broken bones is always a possibility.
Usually any of these under $100 are garbo
The Liv is a G3 model and discontinued. The G4’s are much quieter.

Despite all the negativity, I use my Theragun almost everyday and will not travel without it. It is great for certain things that foam roller won't do.
The other tool I recommend is a Pso Rite, the small one. Great for desk workers loosen your chest muscles and traps.

The Pso Rite definitely does not feel good while you’re using it to release your psoas, it’s just not a pleasant feeling. Feels good after though!
They gave me a small one when I bought the full size one. I have no idea how to use it and so never have. Is there a guide somewhere?
I bought the top model theragun last during Xmas after using cheapie ebay chinese gun for a while… do not regret it… so much better and much more powerful… use it almost daily…
I've found it doesn't quicken recovery but relieves soreness… highly recommend

I think the stroke distance is only 8mm vs this one that has 16 mm.
