In these covid times, the prices are quite a bit higher than what we had before so I dont think any of the road bikes are great value for the components they have. The closest to good value would be the Triban RC 520 which is running Shimano 105 components (mostly) but most of the sizes are out of stock right now.
I'd say try out reidcycles if you want a reasonably priced bike right now or wait until the covid pricing dies out.

Ok so I bought bib shorts and a bike pump in Oct last year.
I paid $45 for the touring shorts and $35 for the bike pump and they’re now $59 and $49 respectively. Not sure when the price increase happened but it feels like too much of a coincidence.
probably due to covid to make up for lost sales. i see that a trend everywhere. i was just in Ikea and saw the price increases, i thought i was in the wrong place with those premium prices, lol.
