    Our em500 stopped pumping after a week or two hiatus. I pulled it apart and fixed it and no problems over the last year or so. Yay.

  Mine didn’t break but it can be annoying to clean.
  Also getting the right volume of milk because I don’t want to put the canister in the fridge itself.
  Try to spend a bit more for the EM4300S with a proper milk frothier.

  Milk frother is always pain in the neck for these machines. How is the espresso or lungo on this one?
