    I was an obsessive Streetfighter II fan back in the day, but why would I buy an SF2 watch that has SF2 references in it's design so subtle that it doesn't really have anything to do with the game at all?

    I've never seen such a badly-done tie-in. This is worse than the matchbox cars unrecogniseably inspired by various characters who are nothing like cars.

      I agree. This is so subtle, it's as if they're ashamed of the association and tries to make it almost impossible to connect.

    Among all the Street Fighter watches I like this one the most, yes Ryu's looks better but white textured band is crazy to wear for everyday. I'd love to have one but $299 is a bit harsh for a Seiko 5…

      Ahh you must not be aware that these watches were trading for 10-15% higher than RRP when they released as they were 'limited'. But I do agree with you the new 5s are built to a cost and don't really deserve the prices they sell at
