12 Embroidered Shirts for $120 + GST, Shipping $15-$25 + GST from My Outfit

21

Hi All

This is a Repost from a month ago, because this is your last chance to get the heavily discounted price on Polos before we pull down these products and put on Winter Wear specials in 2 weeks time.

Our company is doing a special promotion at the moment for 12 polo shirts at $120. What this means:

  • 12 shirts $120, 3 types to choose from at the front page of the website.
  • Embroidery on all the shirts for free
  • Text setup is also free (company names and numbers etc)
  • If you wish to make a company logo there is an option to do so but a $60 setup cost applies
  • Delivery costs and GST apply.

Anyways take a look and any comments would be appreciated.

Feel free to ask any questions and we'll help out

Kind Regards

  • For all those who are wondering

    Process is:
Order is placed and paid for
A Confirmation logo is sent to you for approval. Text logos are also emailed but do not require approval as the customer designs them online
Once approval has been received we begin embroidery
Once finished (ETA around 2-2.5 weeks) we ship out

There are size charts on the website to help you decide what sizes you need.

From what I understand, it is illegal to advertise GST exclusive prices (unless you market your products exclusively to Corporations, which is not the case here). Your price should be GST inclusive.

    Hi Mr Alligator

    Thanks for the concern

I never bothered to research this until now but I found

Any business with anything other than the simplest pricing structure is likely to be affected. For example:

    • Quoting GST exclusive prices will be illegal unless the GST inclusive price is also quoted just as prominently.
    • If a product requires delivery, any quote or advertised price must include a total price that includes the minimum delivery charge.

Rest assured the final price is clearly displayed to the customer before they purchase the items. There are no hidden charges which we add at the end.

Quoting GST exclusive prices will be illegal unless the GST inclusive price is also quoted just as prominently.

      That means

      12 Shirts for $132 (+$16.50 Postage)

      ($120 ex-GST)

Right on your product page. "Price excludes GST" should NEVER be in the fine print.

  • Listing items ex GST, like America and Canada, in Australia?

    That's a paddalin'.

  • Im in WA and there a quite a few shops who supply and embroid work shirts for less than you are.
    Nothing special.

  • I deal with the local apparel shops on a regular basis for a huge sporting organisation in Hervey Bay and I have never seen anything this cheap.
Even when we order $10k worth of product, the best price we get is $22 - $25 per shirt.
I've ordered 12 shirts for myself to sample the product (and to buy work shirts that allow for my recent, hopefully temporary, weight gain).
If I'm happy with the quality, I'll be bringing them up at the next meeting no probs.

    Homer: So I want the monogram to read "M-A-X P-O-W … "
Employee: Sir, traditionally, a monogram is just initials.
Homer: Max Power doesn't abbreviate. Each letter is as
important as the one that preceded it. Maybe more
    important! No, as important.
    Employee: [sighing] Very well.
Homer: And if you've got enough room, add some exclamation
    points and a pirate flag.

  • lack of colours..

looks like blue or nothing for the cool dry polo's

    Hi Sambo

Regarding your shirts, I checked your order. Your initial order was for 12 medium shirts, we supplied the medium size. I am unsure what you mean by wrong sizing, please advise.

Your second complaint was about a white backing behind the embroidery which is actually inside the shirt (interior) This white patch cannot be seen by anyone because it is on the inside of the shirt. It is necessary for embroidery otherwise the stitching will not hold onto the shirts properly. If you look at branded shirts such as Ralph Lauren there is still a white patch it is just not as noticeable since it is a small logo.

I tried to get a refund and starting getting abused so DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
