  How does the wirex wallet work, downloaded and I only entered was my email. How does it link with the wirex account?

  Didn't know they charge money for the card order, should have virtual card like many other apps.

    And I don't think they put up the fee to order the card on the website, transferred money in only later found out there's a fee to order the card, tried to complain but they don't care.

      I have had my card for awhile now, it was free with the promotions they do sometimes. They issue cards from Singapore and at least mine was sent express. It was delivered in a few days.

          @jimwh: It is not required for any of the above requirements for Australia. You can send the crypto to another exchange to withdraw or keep.

    Looking at the T&Cs link provided in OP’s post:

    v. “Wirex Wallet Account Registration”: means the Referred User successfully downloading and registering for a Wirex Wallet account. The Referred user has to be registered to the Wirex Wallet using the same email address as their Wirex App account.

    I have also checked with support and was told this is all you need to do to link your Wirex account with your Wirex Wallet account.

  Have not been paid previous referrals with Wirex. No reasons provided, just say they are investigating month after month

    referral conditions maybe?
    In order for the standard terms to be met (not the current offer)
    * buy crypto directly, if you topup your balance then buy it doesn't meet the terms.
    * another condition is it's USD for APAC, not AUD.

    You also can not refer someone from outside *APAC as they may go under different terms.

    Ordering a card is straight forward but also needs to be done after they make the trade to be eligible for both rewards.

    It's honestly not worth it for the standard rewards.
