Only heard great things about this product, and really makes you marvel at the advancement of tech that something with this capacity and speed can be this small while still being sturdy. Going to use this in conjunction with cloud storage to replace my noisy NAS, and the speed means it'll basically expand my internal storage on my M1 Mac.

You can also get a free copy of Rainbow 6 Extraction upon redemption.

  • I can list a couple shit things.

    1. Barely works on Android despite being advertised.
    2. Even if you get it working on Android it doesn't work at all if you have "secure mode" on.

On the plus side, it's literally credit card sized (except thickness obviously) and fits perfectly in my minimalist wallet.

Not sure about password mode but secure mode works just fine with the finger print. The internal controller handles it so there’s no software sided issue.

Comes up as a regular storage device on all my android devices, no speed or compatibility issues so what are you talking about?

This isn't the fingerprint model so your point is moot there.

Lucky for you. Plenty of forums posts about people not having any luck with their Android devices. I've got an S20 Ultra and the Samsung SSD app itself doesn't detect anything connected.

About the same price typically discounted to.
    Yes, good drive.
    Thanks OP.

The game is on Game Pass?

  • Waiting for a decent deal on the 2TB… missed out when it was $349 recently on Amazon 😭

Is this targeted because I don't see the 10% off making it 152.10$. It is showing up as 169$ for me 🥲

      I think it's expired

  • I got the grey one from the bing lee deal earlier in the year for $120ish. Great additional storage for my next gen xbox. Can't play X/S games directly from it but its super easy (and quick) to move from one drive to another. Highly recommend if that's what you need it for.

    • Nice! Do you feel like the speed gives much benefit compared to an old spinning external HDD for non X/S games? Really keen for someone to figure out to put a custom NVME into the console for proper expanded storage.

  • these drives work well as storage for sentry mode recordings in Teslas

  • I gotta stop buying these but I always end up finding uses for them. The last one I bought I chucked in my Tesla for saving dashcam footage. The two before that I used as an external drive for my modded Wii U and Series X. The one before that I used as an on the go external drive for my iPad Pro

    • What’s the main appeal to you value wise for those devices that can’t really take advantage (or need) the speed?

      • The small size is the main appeal for me. It's easy to hide away and keep out of sight as well as easy to carry with something like an iPad Pro. All the devices I mentioned can use the full bandwidth available on the T7 except of course the Wii U
