    why buy this when you can get a black controller + play and charge kit for $35+23=58 at ozgameshop? and thats not including cash back

      For the same price? Well you're getting a newer version of the controller, and it will be delivered to your house faster. You won't get the cashback offer from ozgameshop as it isn't Australian.

        what i mean is that you dont have to deal with cash back. Sure your get the controller a few days earlier by you dont get your $20 for like 2 weeks
        By all mean buy this if you have a silver xbox!

          Something that shouldn't have been necessary if Microsoft knew how to make a d-pad and actually tested this thing. Did nobody even notice the d-pad doesn't work? No focus groups and no one raised the problem internally? Or did they just not know how to make one?

          @ lostn: I think it was more to do with the fact that Nintendo and Sony had patented the designs for the D-pad so they couldnt use those designs.

    Its a good price for a Contoller and Charger
    However Last weeks Dick Smith Sale was 30% off game accessories.
    I picked up the same bundle for $62.96
    Minus the $20 Cashback
    $42.96
    Id add a copy of the reciept if I knew how LOL

        Nah you were right the first time. It's 20% off the RRP regardless of how much you actually paid. RRP is $100, we both get $20 off. You just scored the better deal :)

    Bought this for $42.99 a month or so ago from OzGS. Yes, with the plug and charge too. It goes on sale on there once every few months.
    Considering that this one is $58 after the cashback, it's not a great bargain at all.
