        There large size has gotten progressively smaller to the point where it would be considered medium/small by most standards. Worse is they then introduced an extra large which was the original large size, but with a +$3 cost.

        Look I can understand they had to do something since they couldn't afford to pay their staff minimum wage (and got a big fine for it) but they could have been more transparent about the shrinkflation and price hikes rather than hiding them so obviously.

        And don't get me started on what they've been doing with the cheese.

          Yep, apparently the large (10") is the same size as the small in the US, and the extra large (12.5") is only half an inch larger than their medium.

      Does this deal work at the stores you have tried? If you have a receipt it will have information on the owner of the store. Not sure if there is any other way to tell.

      Ordered some large value max pizzas 2 or so months ago, basically advertised as just a large value pizza with more toppings. Didn't notice any extra at all though (of course nothing like the advertised pictures), practically got scammed paying $2 more than what we should of (was $7 each pizza). Don't bother.

      Might have just been that one time though.

            @Crownanchor: Generally it varies. Some promotions are nationwide whereas others like this one are ‘opt-out’, some stores may choose to participate in the pick up promotions but not the delivery promotions or vice versa. A franchise may choose to do this if they don’t want too many people in the store (e.g worried about staff catching covid) or if they don’t have enough delivery drivers to handle large amounts of orders.
