Cheapest 18tb enterprise drive around and beats the 16tb model in price per GB. I have two 16tb's from two years ago, and just ordered two of these.

Thanks op. Added one to my chia farm. Going to be a 'chia billionaire' :). https://youtu.be/UG7zLhEWanc

shows me $365.76 after GST and shipping.

nvm, after conversion of all those it comes down to your AUD quote amount.

Exactly which works out as $505 Aussie landed.

Personally I would get the same drive from Hong Kong for $290 USD landed via FedEx or $401AUD through the Group Buy seller. YMMV.

Why was it private message-only :(
        from an international eBay store

*Similar price from that eastdigitalhk seller even without additional group buy discount with eBay US GST

Wonder if the invoices per the forum are excluding GST for cheaper prices ($328 USD + $5 shipping [+ $33.5 USD GST applied over whole charge) + additional group buy discount

direct eBay via AU + GST amounts to AUD $506

        bym007 bravely purchased 14 drives!

Nice that they also detail manufacturing batches and handle RMAs with prepaid return posting labels

        • How is nobody concerned about this seller?

          • +2

@justtoreply: As I posted in the forum, I believe the GB participants didn't had any complaints so far.

Reasons I shop with them, 1.) Their ebay feedback and rating is quite good, which means they provide genuine products and good service; 2.) I have good experience myself; 3.) HDDs are cheaper enough.

Can you share with us what is your concern?

I am not the seller (or associated with seller). I am a buyer and organised the GB.

Since the ebay item is not really cheap after GST & ebay fee and there is actually no discount code etc, so I didn't post it as a deal in OzB.
I reached out it ebay store seller offline to make a deal and I had a good experience, so it was just an idea to organise the GB to further bring down the price. Thanks to OzB members, the GB is successful.

  • Currently-available matching price appears to be for a third-party store on Amazon US

*rather than Amazon US directly as the title per standard formatting may imply.

Camelcamelcamel also tracked the price as "3rd Party New"

    • The title wasn't meant to be deceptive, it was to show it was from the Amazon US website, and shipped from the US.
