  This is worse than $30 Vodafone recharge for $20, (given its flybuys dollars aka cant be used anywhere outside of flybuys group.

  Although can usually get the same $30 Kit (in a starter pack for like $10 easily)

  Does the Vodafone Prepaid SIM have to be purchased from Coles in particular? Could I purchase it from the Vodafone website with cashback and still receive the $10 Coles eGC?

  Hi all, this offer is not genuine and more like a scam, so please be AWARE. I bought the $30 starter pack on 24/2/22 and activated it on 6/3. I have waited until today 15/3 and still not getting the link to get the $10 Coles gift card.

  I rang up Vodafone twice, once on Fri and talked to someone from their technical team and after explaining, he tried to put me to the postpaid team and I have waited for a couple of min and no one pick up the call and line got terminated. Rang again and prompt for the next day call back service and if course no one ring me back.

  Rang today and managed to speak to someone. Instead of getting a 'promise' Coles $10 Gift card based on Coles catalogue, Vodafone was given a credit $10 on account (the best they can do and insisted that I did lose out anything) but the catalogue was clearing stated as $10 Coles gift card. Unfortunately they didn't give me a choice and no way for me to speak to anyone else.

  It was truly disappointing experience to deal with this 2 big companies - Coles and Vodafone and this so called 'catalogue promotion' is nothing more than a scam.

  I activated on Saturday 9/3, and to date I haven't been given a link to the $10 coles GC, any Ideas? I already emailed [email protected] two weeks ago but still havent heard any reply yet.

  This offer could be bait and switch as @jerekua mentioned above. Definitely won't buy again next time.
