I found it's better to exchange their points to gift card, e.g: u only need 1910 pts for $10 Woolworths gift card and the more points u have the better ratio u'll get compare to their cash exchange (flat $9 per 2000 pts).

Just applied an account and downloaded the app. I can't seem to find this deal with Menulog in the Virgin Money app. Where is the offer located in the app?
It didn't appear for me when I first opened my account last night but I can now see it on the offers tab.

Do we have to wait for physical card or there's a way to get digital card details? I know i can add to apple pay but Menulog doesn't accept AP.
You have to wait for your card to arrive unfortunately. Shouldn't take long.

It shows up via the url in the deal which is all that matters. Yes I contacted them and they eventually put the points through. The last one I did was credited automatically so hopefully it's fixed now.

is app free?
The app is free but it requires you to basically sign up for a free bank account and then deposit some money in there to use.
Then you have to use your new virgin money debit card for menulog payments.
It's a little complicated but if it works smoothly you should get $9-10 of points you can use to purchase gift cards.
Personally I'm interested in the Coles gift cards.

Looks like now it’s only 200 points for first order, 400 points for 2nd order and 1,000 points for 3rd order per month … was good while it lasted
Up to $30 min spend too (from $25).
I think that rather than being a separate deal they just extended the original one
Also FYI they say you need to click through their app but I never have, I just pay with the Virgin Money card and I get the points. Lets me stack it with shopback cashback
