      I didn't. I did get restricted once when I added money via Apple Pay. Support wouldn't tell me why and kept repeating that they need to do it and that I would be banned if I do not provide evidence it's my card (it was my card).

  This will make me sound old but I’d definitely be wary of zero brokerage trading. They’re making their money back one way or another.

    Having said that, I agree with their support been pathetic ( which is a problem from all UK based Fintech in general, with a condescending attitude) and I personally won't use them for any thing substantial.

  US trading being free is the norm however converting AUD to USD on stake is costly so this is better.
