  These knives come as quite a surprise to most. 2nd only to the somewhat more dedicated/serrated 'tomato' knife that Vic' makes.
  (F Dick also make an equally good one). They have a bit of a limited number of times they can be sharpened depending on how much trouble you want to go to, but more importantly and again, great design and effectiveness when used for tomatoes and other 'waxy' skinned foods.
  I agree with kick' (above). Highly recommend. Good for around 5 years give or take 2 depending on use/abuse IMO.

  Highly recommend, had to amputate someone's leg while hiking and this did the trick. Having said that, their straight blade knives are probably better for this.
