[SA] Euromatic Air Circulator Fan $40 (Half Price) @ Bunnings Warehouse, Prospect

50

Went to bunnings to buy Energiser charger and came across Euromatic air circulator, Original $79, Now $40 and at least 10 left yesterday at SA Prospect Bunnings.

It was a good alternative to Vornado air circulator for just occasional use, which Vornado is over $100.

Vornado (is the Vornado made in USA or China?), Euromatic is made in China.

  • Is this as powerful as a Vorenado?

    • I have not tried V, but for my test last night, it is great, I point the fan to blow the ceiling (set to 3 speed) and I can feel a gentle wind wave - this is what i am looking for because my ceiling fan blow to my head too strong, room size is 16 sqm.

    • I have both. The vornado is larger and moves more air but is obviously more expensive.
The automatic does the job though. Moves air, with a timer and goes all around the room or side to side.
      Both are pretty quiet.
The answer is how much do you want to pay for a fan?
I paid $50 for the 663 second hand and $20 for the euromatic on the bunnings clearance shelf 12 months ago.

      • does 663 or vornado has timer or remote?

  • +1

Have had this fan for a few months now . Paid retail.
Have it paired up with an IR controller for some basic smarts with tuya.

It's well worth the $79 and at 1/2 price it's an excellent buy and does what it says on the box quite well.

Can't compare with the vornado as we don't have one, but it seems to do the job.

    • Do you use it for a reasonable sized area for ventilation? I'm looking at doing an room area of say 8x4m, and thinking this may be too small to circulate the air around that. I was considering the vornado, but if this can do the job that would be better!

the fan is small to move air for 32sqm, the manual says 18sqm

just buy two, then it will be better than one vornado in terms of air movement and initial purchase cost

        • Awesome, cheers for that!

  • Is this available in WA? I went to Belmont and couldn't fine any.
