  Domestic Flights (Australia & Tasmania)

  I love the fact that Tasmania has to be called out specifically as a domestic location.

  Who actually thinks that flights to/from Tasmania are not domestic? Maybe the folks who leave Tasmania off maps of Australia?

    It’s best to be clear about it — many people outside Australia would probably recognise it as West New Zealand. In fact, it’s been mistaken (at least once) for South Korea.

  Bummer I booked yesterday with 4% cashback. Interestingly the $139.5 booking tracked at $5.55 which doesn't seem right as the amount shouldn't include taxes/gst.

  Damn it, just booked a domestic flight 20 mins ago! Though got it about 15% cheaper then the price advertised on Virgin’s website by booking through one of the Skyscanner “partner booking sites”, so I guess I’ve come out on top overall…
