  Out of curiosity. Why used 5700xt is selling so high on ebay. I have MSI MECH OC edition, so tempted to sell.(sparingly used like 1-2 hrs a week)

    It was the darling of the mining cards, although I'm not so sure about that anymore given mining is crashing generally.

    I sold my TUF 5700XT at the peak of the mining boom for $1k and bought a 3060Ti for $750! (back in august 2020) - then sold the 3060Ti to another miner for $1400 and bought a 3070Ti from BPC around mid-2021.

    But now I want a 3080…

        I was lucky for sure - the TUF 5700XT I had was one of the models that Hardware Unboxed told everyone to avoid because it had terrible RAM cooling. While I had no problems with it, I was happy to flog it off to a miner rather than sell it to another gamer who might have had a worse experience!

  People will buy it. But karma wise the card will drop $100 in 2 weeks after they do, and they'll have all the time in the world to reflect on their impulsive and selfish decision not to hodl.

      Sheesh now desiring to censor hodlers. A big threat to your gpu values we are. You've seen how much they've already dropped I'd sell the farm now before it gets worse.

      Eth 2.0/Intel dgpu still to come and lower prices.
