I bought this two weeks ago from this retailer,
the pump was broken, I got the new replacement last week and it had the same problem Now I'm waiting for the second replacement.I would ask for a refund and move away
Unlucky as well. I don't think it's a retailer issue as I purchased mine from another well known, well regarded retailer. I went for the refund route though.
Same thing happened to me. Damn my Ryzen 3700x was running at 95 degrees. I tried all the troubleshooting in the world to no avail. The pump didnt work and I could not feel any water movement. All this while of testing and I am not sure if I damaged my CPU :((((
Have filed for RMA at scoptec. I hope they respond positively.
Btw mine was a ML360 which was on sale for $99.
Meant to be a great cooler - I picked one up recently but unfortunately it arrived dead. Fan powered up but I discovered the pump wasn't working which meant that as soon as I booted into a game, the CPU would overheat and turn the computer off. After thinking it was an issue with how it was mounted or that some air needed to be bleeded out over time, trying multiple positions in terms of mounting etc, I discovered the pump was completely cactus.
