I'm using dirt cheap M2 NVM from Crucial P2 atm and I feel it's fast enough to load OS and Games.

Yes, it can but you need to remove the heatsink and it's easy to remove it.

Don't get this for PS5. This is designed for PC with water cooling.
This seems really unnecessary
It's an excuse to get water cooling kit for a PC. If you ended up making a mess and broke everything, another excuse to get a brand new PC.
My Samsung 970 pro runs pretty hot even with a normal heatsink and that's normal according to most people on Reddit.
Water cooling could be a bit of an overkill tho.
