  Avoid Woolworths Mobile's bad customer service. I used a Cashrewards 100% cashback deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/655437) & like the comments from that OzBargain post, Woolworths Mobile took weeks to post it. The cashback did not track, I have been following up with Cashrewards over many months from October 2021. Today Cashrewards informed me that Woolworths Mobile declined my cashback because Woolworths Mobile stated that "your purchase was not attributed to Cashrewards", which is rubbish because I have documentary evidence showing that I clicked through Cashrewards to Woolworths Mobile & my tax invoice also shows a timestamp that matches what is in Cashrewards click history.

    I'm sorry to hear about the delays with postage, but cashback tracking is on Cashrewards' end so your issue mostly seems to be with them.

    +1 for poor customer service. it's more like talk to my hand type. I was asking about not getting esim QR code via email and the CS rep was repeating, "my screen says you already have esim so could you please remove your physical sim to see if it works?" after I explained the situation :faceplam:

    Then they asked me to buy a new sim using my own money to try again LOL

    I complained about it, remember I lost my connection already, then told they can escalate it but it will take 5-7 BDs

    Update: I actually didn't lost my service. Physical SIM still works but it just doesn't send me ESIM & let me try again. haha

  For my daughter.
  Plus she has 20GB left and from what I can work out this should roll over.

    Unfortunately not, you would need to recharge the number on the full cost $200 amount.

    You could port out and back in onto this SIM however it will still take up to 10-15 business days to arrive via AusPost regular envelope

  Hi all,
  Does anyone know if you can use the 10% off monthly discount (when you have Woolworths mobile etc) to buy your Woolworths mobile recharge voucher in-store?

  This would effectively give you the same discount for recharge as this deal.
