    Something tells me that someone imported too many masks from China thinking that they would sell like hotcakes and is now trying to offload them.

    Sorry to be harsh but fly-by-night businesses set up to take advantage of a global pandemic aren't high on my favourites list.

    These appear fakes. Checkout Safework NSW for basic standards required for legitimate masks.
    These do not have the necessary ID printed on masks.

      You can ask for ink not to be used on the respirators if they are made for your company. We prefer KN95 that don't have any ink on them. They are individually wrapped, the necessary info is on the packaging.

    Our KN95 is Standard GB 2626-2019. It’s not a fake. Our products are picked up by DHL from certified factories. We also require that manufacturers of interest are inspected by SGS before we get any products from them, for us to be certain that they meet international standards.

    ETS Shop has always advertised competitive prices. Our returning customers receive discount codes by email if they signed up to receive them, we also post discount codes on our homepage when we have a sale event.

    While we can’t offer the same discounts you would get from a large business, we do our best to offer savings to new and returning customers. We offer free standard shipping, that’s also a discount.

    To those who found our KN95 deal useful, your support is greatly appreciated and we’ll continue to offer more savings when possible.

    To anyone suggesting that people selling face masks and respirators are greedy and trying to take advantage of customers, there is nothing inherently greedy about selling face masks or similar products.         Each respirator in the box is individually wrapped and that information is on every pack in the box. You can also zoom in on the box on our KN95 listings, KN95 GB 2626-2019 is on each box. What you see on each box is on every pack inside the box.

            @Psygnosis: No one has ever paid the full price on our website.

            We encourage customers to sign up for our email list or consult the homepage for discounts before they place orders. Our prices vary between 15% off and 30% off. Return customers always get a discount code with their orders, to cover the days when we don’t have a better deal on the homepage. This month is our first 50% sale, and a 50% sale is needed in WA at the moment since everything else is getting more expensive.

            The decision to offer our masks and respirators to consumers was prompted by WA consumers themselves. As an import/export company, we import products that are requested by our business customers. We kept getting emails from consumers asking for small quantities, that's why we launched the online store, with the exact listings that were requested the most by consumers and small businesses.

            Consumers in WA are still paying high prices for mask and respirators coming from other states, that's unacceptable. Platforms like OzBargain allow people to see that there are better deals locally or online. No one should be paying $49.99 for 20 respirators, or $24.99 for 50 face masks but people are paying that much. It's not that WA doesn't import enough, the resources industry buys most of the products available locally (face masks, RATs, etc), that’s where the shortage comes from.

            We are open to supplying to local retailers in WA at unbeatable prices. They can collect from the warehouse, our contact details are on the website with a section for wholesalers and retailers who are interested. Some are already selling our products locally and it’s making a small difference to the usual prices in our area. The retailers don’t even have to buy large amounts, they can buy as little as 10 boxes at a time, at a very low price.

            We have already modified the current 50% deal to cover some disposable face mask listings as well, WA customers are asking for it. 1, 4, 6, 8 and 10 boxes listings are now 50% off with this deal. There will be a proper sale event for the disposable face masks in the near future. If you are getting our emails or you follow our Facebook page, you will be the first to know.

            The more retailers we can supply to in WA the cheaper these products will get locally. We want to supply to local retailers so they can sell at a fair price in their physical shops, that’s what makes our day at ETS Shop, to see people paying a fair price.
