  • sad didnt buy more at $350

  • not the cheapest and price has been fluctuating widely. There is now the m8, so when will these start getting cleared at even lower sub $300 prices

  • I've got the 43" version of this & noticed it's on special at harvey's for $598 - assuming OW would price match it.

    • I've got the 43" version

wow … do you need to move your head around to use it?

      • Yep, but it's not like umpiring tennis. I had a Samsung 32 4k & everything it was too small when snapping more than a couple of windows.

        • Very good price if OW match it with 5% off but 43" too much for my desk.

          special at harvey's for $598

    • +1

No display port (DP) port on these M7 monitors are there? so wondering why you bought one, well I have a Samsung phone so interesting features would be wireless Dex, not sure what else one could do with wireless between a Samsung phone and this Samsung monitor, maybe transfer files?

Got to ask does it have a sensor if your not in front of monitor it will go into standby, my Phillips 32incher 4k monitor has it and very handy

Now should I move up to a 42incher lolz

      • No DP - only 2xHDMI & USB C both @ 4k @60hz
No sensor I don't think - standby when no signal. A human sensor is a good idea!

I bought it as it was big, cheap & easy to plug in - one usb c cable does power/KVM to my laptop.

  • the speakers are terrible and there’s no 3.5 audio out

There is earc HDMI for sound bars and the Bluetooth connects well

    airplay 2 is nice

  • It's decent but if you're buying a 4k monitor you should probably be more concerned with the refresh rate, HDR capabilities, and brightness than it's ability to sync with macs lol - perhaps this would be a good feature on a ulta-wide monitor? Perhaps this is why it's so 'cheap'?

  • I have this and it's very handy. Seldom used as a monitor but more of a portable streaming TV. If i want to remote to my PC, I can just grab this and use the handy RDP feature wirelessly, also comes with Samsung plus tv channels that doesn't need tv antenna. Only gripe is that the remote control that comes with it gets discharged quickly, I have to replace the battery every 1-2 weeks.
