    I had purchased a similar bin last year from Bed Bath N’ Table for $8. When the bin fills up, the plastic liner tends to slip into the bin creating a mess whilst emptying. Basically I used it for few months and binned it.
    You can get 2 for $16.25 shipped on ebay

      I bought one from Amazon,and thats the issue with its design. There should be something to hold the bin bag in place. Overall it is somewhat useful but the plastic quality finishing is not upto the mark on my bin.

        The instructions show a plastic retaining lip for the bag, is this not the case?

          At the front, yes there is a lip that is detachable, and it holds tha bin bag. But there is nothing on the other side of inner wall of the bin. The bin bag falls inside from that side.

            @sedi: You fold the bag over the door hanger and then hang your bin over the door. I've never had a problem doing this

    These are great for the caravan, as space is very limited. They will sit without hanging off a cupboard door but better suited to hang.

      Yes we have one for the caravan. We lost the bit that holds the bag in place. We lost it when emptying it, but can do with out that bit as it is not necessary.

    Has anyone found cheaper alternative to Compostable Bin Liners? I am using small cardboard containers that aldi packs apples but it is taking longer to decompose those. Also they are open, I would like to move to closed container.

    I find this obstructive. Nothing wrong with using a small/medium size benchtop bin with an airtight lid that you can put at a corner of the benchtop or hide in the cabinet.
