Some pretty solid flight deals to Europe for peak summer dates (April to November including June, July and August 2022). And on Singapore Airlines (great airline, no bag fees, etc etc).

Not amazing outside of the summer period, but loads of dates all the same. I would put Europe summer flights at a general cost of about $1600 so these are a pretty sweet bargain considering. I've listed out the cheap routes to Zurich below, could be more destinations at good prices, have a click around on Google Flights. Just an FYI the prices listed here are after you've found dates in Google Flights, search them in Skyscanner to get another $50 - $100 off (those are the prices I've listed).

Adelaide to Zurich for $1127
Melbourne to Zurich for $1129
Sydney to Zurich for $1138
Darwin to Zurich for $1143

  • Some constructive feedback :)

    • The links you have provided don't work (for me anyway)
    • I think you mean return flights? 1100 for a one way isn't very cheap. I can see one way for 700.
    • Some of these cheap flights are on a combo of airlines (not just Singapore) and the ones on Singapore have a horrible departure time (1.25am)
    • Wow you guys are brutal! Links working fine for me.

ADL - ZRH departs adelaide at 9.10 am and then for the return departs Zurich at 22.40.
Flights are operated by SQ and Swiss (for the last leg presumably).
They are most definitely return flights, not at all cheap for one way! That is fixed, thanks.
As for the departure times, that is adressed above, but I also explain that you can find more dates/times by using Google Flights calendar feature to first search for the dates you like, then knock off $50 - $100 in Skyscanner.

      Thanks for the feedback!

      • Well yes it leaves Australia at a reasonable time….it also departs from Singapore at 1.25am for the longer flight - something to be considered as I would hate to have to board a flight at that time.

Just giving people a heads up :)

        • Yeah 1.25am not ideal !

        • sure but given you are in transit, it's really somewhere between 10:25pm to 12:05am on the time your body clock will be depending on time zone you are leaving from and whether DST is active. Still not ideal but not as bad as 1:25am.

          • @MrFrugalSpend: Ummm no that's completely wrong. Its actually the other way. 1:25am departure in Singapore in those months is equivalent to 3:25am on the east coast of Australia….

      • +2

Yeah the links work fine after hazma23 fixed it :)

        • thanks for the positive feedback!

  • I looked up another site iwantthatflight.com.au

and return flights 11 May - 3 June Adelaide to Zurich $1235 (RETURN)

I did not post a referral or affiliate so don't know why my post was blocked

So this is not a bargain or deal

    • Sorry these are RETURN. Made a mistake and did not check the pre formatted title. Updated now.

  • Return; not one-way!!

  • +1

    Yes fixed! derrrrr!

  • What happens if I want to cancel of amend - any experiences ?

    • Better to book direct with Singapore Airlines, they still allow free date change if you book direct

  • Does the ticket allow you break your journey in Singapore?
