A pretty sweet price on return flights to California. These are via Fiji but stops seemed reasonable (~3 hours or so). Finding dates is a little tricky - I suggest using Google Flights and select 'Fiji Airways' to see what dates they fly, but then you need to check date pairs one by one in Momondo to see if this price come up. Generally, I had luck on dates throughout May, September and October 2022. Bags included. Routes below:

Sydney to LA $990
Sydney to San Francisco $990
Brisbane to LA $983

      I'm assuming it is Nadi? I thought it was very reasonable a few years ago when I was last there.
      IMO three hours is not too bad. Time to stretch the legs etc.

              @Damonator84: This power point thing always intrigues me. I would have thought that most people would have a fully charged device before they left to the departing airport.
              The device(s) should be powered off during the flight.
              And yet, I always see people searching for a power point to re-charge their device at an airport.

                @GG57: There is this crazy thing called 'Airplane mode'.. perhaps you have heard of it? It means can can infact use your device and many airline's entertainment is via streaming on your own device..

  Check your plane, last time I went BNE to LA via fiji it was jetstar domestic size seats. Was a bit rough then I got sat next to a big Fiji dude.
