While not an all time low for a 3060 Ti, it seems like a decent price if you need a GPU now.
Reviews seem to point to it being a bit loud, but otherwise fine.

I think the question is asking whether this is a high end 3060ti, which it isn't. It's the bottom of MSIs product stack.
But there's really no reason to overspend on a higher end 3060ti. These chips run pretty cool.

Though it's a trade-off for price, since the 2-fan cards are also generally cheaper I think.

Honestly, at this point I'm debating whether to just hold until next gen cards.
The point is "hold until next gen cards" takes a while, not just few months. If you are in the market of 3060ti and want to wait, u probably going for 4060. Then it will be Q1 2023 at least for you to receive the gpu. We can only get 4080/4090 and probably 4070ti by the end of this year, and I don't think ppl who hesitate for 3060ti will have the need for those cards.
I'm aware of the potential wait, hence why I said "debating". Also interested to see what new Intel & AMD GPUs bring to the table.
I'll play it by ear and If prices drop enough I'll bite, otherwise I'm a patient man :D
