  As I mentioned in the previous deal for this. When you claim this game you will get two versions in your Epic Library.

  1) The Vanishing of Ethan Carter (2014 original using Unreal Engine 3)
  2) The Vanishing of Ethan Carter Redux (2015 remastered update ported to Unreal Engine 4)

  To determine what edition of the game is in your library. Click install. You will then see TheVanishingofEthanCarter or TheVanishingofEthanCarterRedux as part of the default install directory. Noting which version will be installed.

  I've actually recently finished The Vanishing of Ethan Carter (Free from previous giveaway); generally takes near 4-5 hours to finish. It's an interesting game with an easy to follow story and falls into the explorative section. It's a game where you need to figure out what do do and find ways to progress without much guidance but it isn't too complex.
