Redemption Instructions

  2. Find the ShopBack Super Swap Card you purchased and click "See Voucher"
  3. When new window opens, click on `Swap it Now' and select a retailer of your choice from the range of brands available.
  4. Choose how much to swap to that retailer gift card (you can save some for later).
  5. Confirm Swap. Your selected retailer gift card will be instantly available. You can view this retailer card online or download the gift card as a PDF.

    No banner came up when I clicked through at 4:10 or so (in the app on ipad).. tried a bunch of times, so bought a $5 card assuming it didn't need any activation.. my mistake.

    Hey shopback, post exactly what you need to do next time.. don't make me guess.

        sorry it actually was after 4:44.. was a mistaken typo above (that I'll leave unedited).. I have a receipt for purchase at 4:52pm. I tried a whole bunch of times before this, while people here were saying how they got theirs

        And if you use the Shopback icon in the posts, it looks official.. maybe they shouldn't allow people to do that.

        They gave absolutely no indication what you had to do to get this - not my fault at all.. and see above… it was within the window.

        I use SB a lot and they've destroyed the goodwill I had towards them for the sake of $2.. good job.

          The did gave indication, they even had a countdown timer in green, showing the hours, mins and secs left towards 4:44.
          It's just that you couldn't find it, or you didn't update your app.
