  • At present Coles offers are much better.

    • What are these offers?

    • I can't see where the Coles one is cheaper either. What price are you guys seeing?

The roti with the daal makhani from coles is amazing, better than most restaurants tbh

Katoomba punjabi samosa is better..Haldirams says its spicy but has raisins in the curry inside.. hate it when they do that..

    • I like Haldiram samosas but thanks for the tip..i will try Katoomba samosas as well.

It might just be my preference but I react like the "anger" in inside out when someone mixes spice and sweet.. I still have the box of haldirams that I opened and just had one..

        • I know what you mean. Sometimes it works but usually it's a rude shock if you're not ready for it

    • The one that I get from Costco doesn't have any raisins. I have been buying them for 4-5 years. I don't like the sabrini ones.

      • Maybe a different variety.. the box says spicy.. if we are talking abt the same thing… I felt Katoomba quality and the spice levels are perfect for me..

I quit Costco in December last year. The weekly sale items at Woolies and Coles are often cheaper, and you don't have to fork out for a $60 membership for the 'privilege' of waiting in a queue after you've paid for your items to have some grumpy employee paw through them as you exit the store. Of course I'll miss being treated as a suspect shoplifter, but at least I'll save on the annual membership fee.

    • Petrol is cheap though
