    I can see you already found it. You got reported because you entered your referral code in the wrong place — please do not include it as a "coupon" code when posting the deal. Only enter it in your personal referral page (found in "My account" and then "edit")

        You are getting something. As the OP of the deal, you have a significantly higher %chance of getting someone to use your referral.

            @abeltasman: 39 clicks sure, but how many signed up? You may have 58 clicks, but you've only got 10 positive votes, which requires far less effort and commitment than actually signing up.

    Don’t think you can update that as it’s the standard referral bonus. This is a temporary deal so as long as the title and body is correct it should be fine.

  Luno customer service is very poor. They refused to credit the reward after I already put $250 in, without realising it was using the Exchange feature rather than the Instant. Why would a new user know there are two modes, one hidden behind a small button at the top? Their implementation of their own policy is also very inconsistent. They refused to credit the reward because they cite their policy stating we must use Instant only. And they say they will credit the reward if I spent a further $200, despite the policy stating the reward will only be credited for first time transactions. I'm not going to risk another $4 transaction fee for them to reneg again. I don't think anyone should trust them with our money.

  Someone used my referral code and I received an email from Luno saying they have sent me AUD$39.99, and it's free to collect with Luno. Then there is a button that shows 'Collect Now'.

  Anyone else get this? When I try click the 'Collect Now' it just makes me login to Luno website and doesn't allow me to collect anything. Has the referral bonus already been added to my account or do I actually need to do anything further to collect it?
