Unfortunately the US model reviewed by Rtings is not the same as the Australian U8G and is underspecced comparitively

    • oh sugar…too late to cancel?

      • hopefully, fingers crossed you can cancel it

        • I owned one of these for a year and it was good.

I have "upgraded" to the Sony 85" x95 and for mine the Hisense was a better picture and better sound.

My gripe with Hisense was that it didnt work with Google Home properly - the Sony does.

I think 77" ones are on sale for $5k every now and then, so not even close.

Yeh the rtings review or anything based outside of Australia do not equal our Australian models even tho the model number is the same

This is the reason I don't buy hisense anymore. I don't support unethical companies

    • Agree. This is why I didn't end up getting the Samsung Neo QLED.
Although Hisense Australia website is at least mentioning the changes now, so I guess that's something 🤷🏾‍♂️

  • Wait, didn't we just get 5G?

  • have you seen it live , if its anything like the 75" tv it's the most reflective tv there is

    • It is not very reflective at all. It is an excellent TV for the price.

  • So what are the specs of the Aussie model then?

  • I am also looking for 85 inch TV for price of $3000 something, how does this one compare to Sony X85J and LG Nano86?
